unable to get the chocobo

when i reach to lv 20, i,m joined to the GC for immortal flames, and the flame commander give me the first quest is lv 44 quest (Shadows Uncast). I don,'t have the quest call my little chocobo and i dont have the chocobo licence to buy even i have 10000 seal???
Pls fix my issue, i don't want to play the game without the chocobo: (

If i remember correctly, the quest is part of joining or comes from the chocobo handler in the city of your grand company. You farm the seals via FATES or GC leves buy the licence and give to the handler.

It has been a while but I believe Ernesto is correct.

When you join your GC one of the Grand Company NPC should have mentioned something about a Chocobo. You will need to gather about 2000 GC seals and exchange those for a*DrivingChocobo Licence, then speak to the Chocobo handler to get the actual Chocobo

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
