Looking English speaking FC and Friends

Hi,

I'm a player from Australia and I'd like to find some English speaking friends and also an English speaking Free Company (FC). Preferably an active and friendly FC that will go on Raids/Dungeons for rewards. I've only got one character and have only been playing for about 2 and a half weeks.
