I am new and don't know many places

Unfortunately for you, it is the go-to lv50 camp. While it's not impossible for you to get there at your level, it will not be pleasant if you do.

You can get there two ways:
• Northern Thanalan (N.E. Exit) > Mor Dhona (this is probably the harder way for you, because you'll have to cross the entirety of Mor Dhona to get to the camp)
• North Shroud (W. Exit) > Coerthas (S. Exit) > Mor Dhona
