    Unable to complete version check

    can't launch the game

    error [30605][10009][19900][12029]

    anyone can help me?

    The last update of avast antivirus, firewall has been modified preventing the loading of ff xiv launcher.

    The solution was to go to the windows control panel and restore the settings of avast or shutdown the firewall.

    I hope this helps everyone who is having the same problem
