why do people act as if current NM is going to be the only content and upcoming NMs going to be as easy as current NMs?

If you had read I was mainly referring to people filling their group with non important people for future content, I wasnt talking about our current nms as they dont justify the hastle. If there isnt any restriction on level/range they might as well give light party the same buff as full.

I see your point but 5% isnt going to break the game to be honest, you won't just suddenly beat an NM with 5% more accuracy. If anything i feel the buff is more like morale boost to make you feel stronger in party thus encourage partying.

I cant remember the exact number, but believe it is a few hundred hp/mp and a 5% boost in accuracy. Its not going to make the game a bunch easier, but if your having a hard time in a dungeon and trying to obtain something special whats stopping people from filling that group? Every little bit helps after all and a couple hundred hp is actually a pretty big boost compared to how much we get, most pieces of gear doesnt even get more than 40 hp on it at high rank.

so we agree that the buff isnt really overpowered or anything, why put more restrictions on something that is barely matters? don't get me wrong, im not disagreeing with your idea of getting the buff if you are in rank range and zone, I just dont see it to be trivial at all, it's not something that is abuse-able.
