.[Su-Fi] Surefire is seeking skilled players for serious end game PvE

Hey there, I'm the leader of Surefire and I'm posting this to recruit potential members for our free company. We have been around for a while but decided not to go public until the time was right, and we were ready to seriously start end game content.

If you're looking for a casual guild to mull around in, leave this post, you won't find that here, and we don't want you taking up our time. We are looking to recruit serious and skilled players into the free company, enjoying ourselves and having fun as we crush content.

Why go with us?

As previously mentioned, we are looking to build up a roster of talented individuals to crush end game content. This means you can expect quality raid and trial runs when you are progressing through the end game.

We accept that not everyone can be on at all times, and may not have the gear required to maximize their potential, which is why we have a low gear requirement to enter the free company. Although we may accept relatively low geared people, it doesn't mean that we accept everyone, we will challenge your skill and resourcefulness before we make a decision to accept you, we do not recruit people who are regularly letting the team down.

What will we be doing?

At the moment we are still building up a roster for the free company, and it may take time for us to hand pick the players we see potential in. In the mean time, you can expect runs for CT, HM Primals and other trials to help gear up new recruits, and regular runs through EX Primals and low-end coil to familiarize ourselves with each other.

When we feel that we have a significant number of members we will begin a static coil group to start weekly attempts on coil.

What we expect from you.

+ Be resourceful, think for yourself while raiding and completing trials and make the right calls when you feel necessary.
+ Be prepared, no going into things blind unless there is little to no information on the encounters.
+ Be on regularly, not every hour of every day, but enough to keep up with the rest of your team.
+ Have patience, not every run is going to be perfect, there will be slip ups and mistakes, but experience will allow for future runs to be perfectly executed.
+ Above all we expect you to be a talented player.
