SCH WP Fairy Bug?

Just curious if I am alone here or if this is a recognized issue. From time to time when I queue for WP, upon entering my summoned fairy bolts like a bat out of hell as soon as the barrier drops.

I had initially thought that it had to do with prior WP runs. Usually on the final boss I place my fairy dead center in the room. Sometimes I forget shes there or that I placed her and exit the dungeon. I had assumed that after re-entering the dungeon she'll try to bolt back to her last 'placed' position, but after testing this a bit, that doesn't seem to be the case.

Figured I'd ask and see if anyone else has had this issue.

It has PTSD issues from being sealed in a stone for ages.

If you haven't used Heel or resummoned her, she tries to go back to the coordinates where you last Placed her (she won't be able to without going too far away from you, though). Try to remember to Heel her either before you leave the dungeon or before you queue again (or be ready to hit it quick as soon as you zone in). It's not super consistent, but this is in fact exactly what she's doing.

Edit: But yes, it's a bug. If it was intended then it would likely be consistent.

One of my friends discovered this while queuing for multiple Ifrit runs from within an inn room. We thought it was funny, but the others 6 players were less than thrilled. . .

Anyway, he only saw it happen while queuing from the inn room, as far as I know. Something about the summons not being present in the inn room, versus how they'd be out running around with you anywhere else. . .

Yeah she's just trying to get back to where you told her to be

I found this out in WP too, once forgot to heel her before a titan run...party was not amused ^^;

Pretty sure you are right, and it isn't just WP... I think anytime you re-enter a dungeon where you ended it with her placed she tries to go back to her placed position. I have had it happen in Braeflox when I was farming my battle mage set

I was in a titan hm group with my summoner and before tank pulls I usually place garuda-egi on the edge to the side of titan. Someone had to leave after I had done that so we all left the instance, found a new member, reentered, and there garuda-egi was exactly where I placed her lol.
