it was a bit annoying yes, but it's not that bad. I had several lv 35ish jobs at the time and just did the leve a few times...like 20? It took me usually 4 tries to get 1 drop. I hated to have to "waste" leves on a battlefield leve because I was raising every craft simultaneously and I really NEEDED my leves lol but what the heck, I got my 5 pudding flesh or how many I needed, also there was a quest that rewarded you with those potions so you could turn those in for the tradecraft leve, too. dunno if it is intended that the pudding flesh only drops from a leve creature, but getting the fleece and karakul skin at the same time made it worthwhile because as ppl said, the fleece you need in big quantities for weaver and the other you can use to turn in lanolin in also big quantities bc the karakul skins drop like crazy.

Some of the quests are rather difficult. The rewards are rpetty terrible too. I'm just skipping them for now :/
