So, to any developers that might be reading, I have one concern about FATES.

When level syncing, I often time run into a problem where the FATE enemies spawn outside of the level sync radius, and the rest of the small army of players participating in the fate run toward the spawn point and start defeating the enemies before they have a chance to set foot within the sync radius.

This arbitrarily denies me the opportunity to participate in any given FATE where the non-synced players rush the spawn point for enemies. Since I need to step outside the radius to deal with them as a melee class, my level unsyncs, and then I am locked out from targetting them because my level is too high.

Is this working as intended? Are there FATEs that purposely hinder level synced players from participating? If so why even allow players to level sync to those FATEs at all?

If this is not intentional, then please adjust all FATEs so that the spawn point for their enemies are within the sync radius.
