    At a guess (assuming they actually include it now) it will drop from one of the extreme primals. They do all have their own loot as well as the weapon quest for beating all three.

    And Ancient Sword is found in Stone Vigil. what's your point? i90 is i90, it will be found among like-leveled gear.

    God... Sinth..why did you not bother read a bit about this problem before posting?

    FYI there is no ilvl90 drops at all in patch 2.1, the only new ilvl90 added to the game is a quest reward for defeating the 3 Extreme Mode primals. This thread is just ....meh I don't care anymore.
