    If someone wants to quit the game, they will quit, not being fully geared will not prevent people from doing this.

    Take for example Turn 5, a large majority of the population that has quit the game alrdy, has not killed Turn 5. Making loot acquisition slower will not keep people playing longer. I dont know why SE thinks this way.

    A) Type the whole thing you wanna post, copy it, do an initial post of just 10characters, edit, paste in what you want to say. This will get around the 1k limit so you don't have to post 3 times.

    B) I still do content I have all the rewards for. Even though I have all relics and all primal weapons, I still find myself doing hydra and iffy - titant to help the others in my fc. What I can't do is help them with coil, despite being the best geared and possibly most experienced tank in the company. I am starting to feel like a wasted resource. Sure, I make WP nearly impossible to fail, but... so does mediocre play in darklight.

    C) I really agree that limiting loot doesn't keep people from quitting. If anything, I worry it might make people quit. If I started today, it'd be at least two months to vertically grow a main class to the point I could help in turn 5, for many this just discourages them and makes the content feel out of reach.

    Players like me are always going to be on the edge of being out of things to do. We have all/nearly all classes 50, all classes more or less geared up (ex, all my crafters are melded enough to 100% hq all 2 star synths, no more room for growth there). Really the only depth is spamming content to gear out multiple classes. It would take months/weeks to actually genuinely max gear all 8 classes even if there was no loot lock out on coil or ct. That's a tremendous number of drops to get from the rng gods. All a loot lock out does is slow down vertical growth on main class and completely hamstring horizontal growth on off classes.

    Thank you for this information. It is crystal clear now and at the same time disappointing that you can only get 1 loot and nothing more per week from crystal tower on one character.
