Hud moving on its own

Time: Whenever i log in
Frequency: Daily (though sometimes it doesnt happen)
World name: Coeurl
Character name: Shyzune Nymuro
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: N/A (though i have every class leveled to some degree if it does matter)
Party or solo: Either
In-game time: Anytime
Area and coordinates: Anywhere, though i always notice in Limsas Lower Docks
Steps:
1. log in
2. Register for duty or get any form of quest
3. My Duty List part of my hud koves from slightly under the Mini-map to 2-3 screen inches below or even the middle of my map
Long story short: i log out and everything is fine, i log back n and my Duty List is all kinds of random. Cant be display issues, because noting else on my hud moves an inch
