    I'm going to guess playing on PC, with a controller. I don't believe that hotbars 1-10 area available for PS3 users (as they would require a mouse or hotkey binding to use)

    Ah figures xD My screen feels a bit cluttered as it is anyway even with all the customizing I did, the PS3 does not have a lot of screen real estate to work with.

    Correct, good eye. I find it handy, although I'm sure the setup could be mimicked very easily with regular hot bars.
