Recently (for the past 4 days or so) I've been getting small graphical stutters like, every few seconds a few frames are skipped.

I ran FF14 on max settings for a month just fine up until now. Now I crank it down to the lowest setting, get 100+ fps and the stuttering is still there.
Happens from simply walking or turning the camera (don't get me started on moving on a mount, then I skip three times the frames)

It's been suggested I update my GPU drivers, uninstall and redownload the game, etc. I've done it all and it is still here.
Is this something that popped up recently to anyone else?
