    Maelstorm leve quests help me out

    Im 14/15 found. Can someone tell me where last one is? I think its at lv35 leve's but it either not there or its broken and doesnt appear after completing "Fanning the Flames".

    bumped up. still having no luck finding last grand company leve for 15/15 achievement.
