should the situation arise I think this is a very viable use of a swiftcast CD, a lot of time's if the tank is in critical dmg range and/or about to take major dmg then the party is probably not in need of a raise/or a couple of party members are already down and a raise would probably be useless just for one person (unless said person could also raise).

im using HM titan as my "minds example" but should you be in phase 5 and down a healer with not much left to burn down as titan is almost dead I can see this really helping a tank sustain a bit longer while you tend to critical party members to get the grp through the fight!

Would definitely agree and I've used it on many occasions with Cure 2, Stoneskin, Medica 2, and of course Raise. It all depends on the battle, and in most of my cases how comfortable you are with the tank, and how much damage you know they can take. Twintania is a prime example for me where I use Swiftcast like it's going out of style, but again depends on the situation.
