A) You know what they say about assumptions right?
B) You're still screwing over others. Some of which will want to do the fight, or could even be doing it for the first time. You're still screwing them over regardless of the loot.
C) This entire suggestion is just selfish.

Did I say they should do it without communicating or asking if they can? No. I'm just saying if they want difficult, to try to do the 24-man as an 8-man. How is that Selfish? The ones who are selfish would be the ones to lock them out WITHOUT communicating. Try Talking to People. It's an MMO, those are real people. Listen to suggestions and don't be a jackass.
