leveling in ffxiv now

alright please, someone? Apparantly two zones are more popular but no one is telling me which...which is kinda silly

Probably Mor Dhona and Northern Thanalan. However, Coerthas has bonus fates due to the Lightning event, as does Mor Dhona. Once that event ends that's a ton of exp you will miss out on. They add several new fates to those zones. Northern Thanalan doesn't benefit from this event.

From 45-50 go to camp bluefrog i'm sure you'll find some people there but it's odd that you don't see anyone in coerthas though.

But on a serious note. Dungeons are the fastest way to level up, if people are seeking.

Ugh you go from Quarrymill to Processing plant? I hate when people are in my party in Quarry mill over 30, it drags everyone elses exp from mobs way down, you can say what you want but when some douche is at level 32 to my 22 and my exp per mob goes from 250+ to 60 you need to leave. Its pretty rude to do this. Quarrymill>Costa>Highlands> N. Than. Good exp all the time. If you have to start level synching for more than 50% of the fates you need to move. But since 2.1 makes this way of leveling obsolete you should have no problems in the future.

I tried this on my tank with instant queues...they are way slower =/ However, after this new patch that will change

I completely agree. Stop being lazy and ruining exp for others. Go to level appropriate areas.
