Question about PC and PS3 versions

Not sure where this would go, so hopefully this isn't the wrong area.

I have a question regarding the versions. I have the PC version of FF14; I read somewhere this also allows me to install it on PS3 without having to buy a second copy via say the PSN?

If that's the case, then can I use that copy of the game for a different account? What I mean is I have another person in my household, could they register an account of their own (and pay monthly) and then use the PS3 to play FF14 at the same time as I am playing it on the PC, since there are two different accounts, or would they need to purchase an entirely separate copy of the game?

I have both as well, and yes, you do have to buy a PS3 copy as well as the PC one you already have. If you buy a PS4, you can upgrade to that without buying a copy, but you will loose the rights to play it on your PS3.

Yes you would need another copy of the game to play on ps3 and your computer... However if you pay for more than a month at a time you can have another account on the profile, so technicially your paying for just the game and not the monthly service... I do believe its up to 8 and as stated before if you upgrade to the ps4 then the ps3 version becomes useless...

If you have the Standard Subscription of the game, you can have up to 8 characters per world and 40 characters per service account. You can not log in with any of those characters simultaneously, which is relevant to playing with someone in your household.

You can only log into your account on 1 systems at a time. You can't share your extra characters. Only 1 character can be logged in at a time, whether you have 1 or 40, Can only sign-in and play 1 character per service account. Otherwise you could create mule characters for item storage, if you purchased a 2nd copy of the game, You Can't do it.

If you want to play together with someone in your household you need 2 copies of the game, 2 systems capable of running it and 2 service accounts(which means 2 monthly fee).

You do need to buy the PS3 version, BUT, since its only $20 for being on sale, you get a free 30 days added to your account, if you link your PC version with the PS3 version. (cuts off $14.99) so you are technically only paying $5.01 and tax.

No, if you have Ps3, then ps4 version is Free.

Don't know if this is the right thread to post this in so please pardon me if I posted in the wrong area. I'm looking to save up to get a gaming desktop to play 14 on. Right now I play on PS3. I'm looking to get one from xoticpc.com and this is the one I'm looking to get:

Could someone tell me if this will play the game on standard desktop settings with no issue or little to no issues?
