My reaction on king moogle...
It's ez bro, spend 10k seal put all stats to str do a combo wait for crit. Even my full DL+relic+0 WAR can archive 884! crit. You can fool noone here. But this isnt my point.

My point is your last ss is in fact a MRD with extra BFB+ST
and my point is WAR is cool because it can do insane amount of damage (like my previous post)?

I will admit, Paladin is really boring and generic to play. While I think its silly to suddenly think Paladin is "underpowered" when its been the "only capable/good tank" until now and its not getting nerfed (So how is it suddenly not capable/good?), and we haven't even seen Warrior buffs in action (Is it really going to be better, or noticeably better, than PLD?), I do think Paladin needs something to makes its gameplay more interesting. Not more powerful, but more interesting.

You know, it will be fun to see what happens to all those gryphonskinned "herp derp 1% more mitigation" Warriors out there once there's something meaningful in the game to tank ...guess those PLD's will still have a use after all.

I was just stating the fact that your pic wasnt a "tank". Then you threw me another pic with over 1k dmg, what is wrong with you actually?
For a thousand dmg you need gear or MRD, i dont have gear cause WAR isnt my main.

Pally will always be the better main tank for any boss encounter, its mitigation is far superior to that of a warrior. That being said yes a warrior could be a main tank but only if your party really loves to rotate mitigation skills, but warrior is far better built to handle adds, since it can generate hate on an aoe level, its skills absorb massive amounts of hp and let us not forget it generates way more dps while in defiance(even single target) than a pally can even pull off in sword oath.
2.1 will not change the 2 tanks roles, but it will make players consider warrior a viable option for off tanking in any dungeon, since most players now rather run 2 paladins than 1 war/1 pal.
Side note: DPS marauder is a viable dps/tank for mid range encounters and waiting for an allagan axe to drop(once we beat T5) for our coil group to test if indeed a marauder could tank higher level boss encounters.
