If Summoner's get a scaled down version of the primals it would have all t he moves of the original primal and make the pets more situational

So, Garuda would summon tornadoes that fling enemies across the map? Congratulations, you're making the tank hate life.
So, Titan would encase enemies in stone and make them immune to damage? Congratulations, you're making everyone hate life.
So, Ifrit would Vulcan Burst the enemies across the map? Congratulations, you're making the tank hate life.
