There is no new content in the game for people grinding coil.

Well, I beg to differ here. I am grinding Coil and I am looking forward to more content, the Primal ex modes, the new dungeons, the Ultima's Bane and all the other stuff.
Guess you didn't remember that beating all ex primals will net you an upgrade to +1?
Also, how do you know how fast they will introduce new content?

I was worried about the content before this video but there is a lot of stuff I am looking forward to. I also don't mind having a break from end game content with the new dungeons and don't care as much if it doesn't give me the omgawesomesaucebis weapon or armor. And that's despite me grinding for Allagan Gear atm.

Reasonably sure you have to have a +1 to upgrade it.
