I dont want to sound like that one whiney girly little brat who 'cant keep up in a mans game'... But I feel Bahamuts Coil is just a bit too hard. I understand Twintania being insane, she' s currently the final boss of the game, but i've been stuck on turn 1 for 5 weeks. Im not incompetent, i know how to do it. Bu the people i pug seem to have issues. I should not be locked out of beng ale to finish something because i dont have a 180 person fc and high tech computer. My 4 person party and my ps3 should be able to do this, but it just doesn't seem possible. Is anyone else giving up hope like I am?

That, and remember the people you think are doing a good job and see if you can get them interested in doing Coil with you more often.

Coil was originally supposed to be released after crystal tower, but they tossed it out early. If you can't beat it now, oh well, in a few short weeks everyone will have access to better gear, and coil will seem easier.

Did coil once so far made it to turn 4 without having to restart a turn. If your having issues on turn one make everyone in the PUG watch the video and get the positioning cheat sheet. Make sure to explain the run and explain the mechanics don't just run in and expect everyone to know everything including your own personal variations. That's what gets me is people will assemble the team and then tell them nothing about the fight. If you stuck on turn 1 You might want to double check that it's not you. I watch others says it's not me all the time even myself but it is. I have lag issues with titan, lots of people do, to compensate for the entire plume phase I have too run around, since i'm a mage this means no dps, and it sucks as well as makes no since that they would make a phase that can't actually be dodged by when it appears on the screen.

Is it 100% my fault, no; however I know this lag exist now and its my responsibility to find a way to work around it. I also discovered that by using a keyboard/controller highbred set up I had an extra movement delay. Switched to just keyboard or just controller and the delay was gone and Titan became much easier but I still have to run during plums unlike the people in the videos I watch. Make sure to download a position chart and have everyone get it so they know where to stand. If some one isn't listening and your repeating, add the good people to you friend list, put the bad on a peice of paper called a S* list, and try again later.

I play on a PS3 and have no issues at all.
4 person party in coil?.....should be 8 ppl.
that could be the main reason your failing so hard.

Hi Shyzune Nymuro,

I see you are on Coeurl.

My FC is just getting started with Binding Coil. We have only been in Turn 1 once as a FC.

However, we took down ADS with only a few wipes and got the snake down to about 10%.

Not bad for our first try. We felt happy about it anyways.

We are going to have another crack at it this evening and we'd be looking for a BRD to help with silences.
