How botting may Kill this game (even if the game rebounds)

The large amount of botting has led to serious gil inflation. As a result of this, a large amount of players have well over 20mil (some having upwards of 50 or 100+)

Hmm i made all my money from just crafting and selling stuff, and i have way more than just 50-100m.
As to the argument of new players not able to catch up in money, that holds true to all MMOs, those who made money early shouldnt be penalized because of players who joined the game late and have no money.
Also there is no real need for money. Pretty much everything can be made that which cant can drop off one of the very easy to kill mid rank NM's. All you need to do is make a few friends and ask them to craft something for you. The only real use to money now is to collect it, build a giant money bin and swim in it like uncle scrooge.
