Loot lockouts should be based on Job

I think you missed my point, if you get an item for say drg via need or greed or pass, then you get locked out of drg loot from CT until reset. Simple as that, greed is going to exist anyways and somebody has already posted that simply not passing on something while everybody else does could already bypass the current system (since you have to cast lots to get lockout).

Also, if you have the time to cap myth on literally every job every week I would be extremely surprised. I don't think the people who want to put that much effort into this game should get gated and forced to log off due to having nothing to do either. Just to put this in perspective for you, assuming the new cap is 450 like yoshi mentioned it would be, that would take you 135 WP runs PER WEEK to cap out every job, I don't know a single person in game who plays that much.
