Consistant Black Screen with names only when entering market wards

Hi Everyone I am new to this forum and just started playing FFXIV this week and the game seems to run very smooth except when I enter the market wards, it takes a while to load and when it does I can't see anything except for names and a black background. My character is able to spin around and I am still able to select my menu and return or teleport out of the market wards. All of my graphics settings have been set to default and I have tried installing all the Nvidia gtx 570 drivers as far back as Dec. 7, 2010 Ver. 263.09, Jan. 18, 2011 Ver. 266.58 and the most current one listed April 18th, 2011 Ver. 270.61. Even downloaded directX9 and nothing seems to help, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Im not sure what info someone would need in order to help me out but I just copied my system info and pasted it below also a link to a pic of what I am seeing.

Problem fixed after uninstall and reinstall, I guess there were some issues during the first installation. Thank goodness this was somewhat of an easy fix.
