Min req: Solid understanding of your job + SCoB experience.
Desirable: Able to play both PLD and WAR, have a DPS gearset to allow a damage output greater than our Scholar (no joke, this dude is a powerhouse).
Instant recruitment: Have a geared *ranged* DD job, in addition to all of the above.

Depends what you mean by "noob", we are willing to give a chance to fast learners if they play in a very hardcore way to catch up to the current level of gear expected for T9 and are willing to put lots of time into learning the strats by themselves through guides and such.

However, if you have yet to clear content such as T6/LevEX, I would recommend getting a bit more experience first.

Hi,

I clear T6-T9 regularly on Faerie server, but I'm taking a break (healer main). I'm interested in raiding on my somewhat-new i92 dragoon on an EU server.

I'm gearing up as fast as possible, but my other accounts have an i98 and i97 dragoon, and I feel very confident in my ability to DPS T6-T9 flawlessly. In 2 resets (a week from tomorrow) I'll have a liberator and be around i96.

I figure if we do end up clearing, gear will quickly not be an issue (I plan to use hunts for all oils/sands, so I would pass those unless they were going to alt jobs or something).
