If someone decided to sue SE over an emote being used in an adult manner by a player, they would never win. Not in a hundred years.

More and more I am worried about the upcoming vanity slots
SE is censoring everyone and everything, limiting creativity and the freedom for players to do what they want. I'm sure when it gets implemented there's going to be a dozen restrictions in place to the point where it's not even worth it.
The mail restriction is ridiculous, the whisper restriction in dungeons is ridiculous, this emote restriction is ridiculous, why are there so many restrictions?
Censorship is never a good thing
Since its already been proven to SE that you can make "inappropriate" stuff with whats available right now there really is no reason for them to limit this particular emote.
Infact if this is how SE see things then there is a TON of things they should consider removing since some people could use it for evil purposes.
