SE Censoring Emote ability due to select few is not the answer.

So...what is so bad about the new doze emote? I have only seen the female Miqo'te and male Lalafell ones (because those were shown on the dev blog) and there are much "worse" (lol) ones usable anywhere. Is the Hyur one overly suggestive or something..?

I don't understand how this is any different than the current emotes. Have you seen some of the screenshots people post? are they going to ban all emotes outside FC housing??? I hope not.

Also the original statement was that they limited it to prevent "inapropriate screenshots" which you wouldnt be looking at unless you went onto the internet which is not related to the game itself anyway.

They will also be removing 98% of the female armor sets already in game consisting basicly of variations of panties and bras so that not one takes suggestive screenshots of them. Seriously Square? You intentionally design a game FULL of provacative and at times near indecent clothing and then decide to draw the line at a stupid emote?

We all know they like censoring this game, nothing we say or do will stop them from making these choices.. there a bit anil over little petty things such as female characters having buts. What do you expect? lol

In its defence almost everything this game have to offer thus far has become a big deal one way or another.

Still its not the emote itself that is the big issue here, IMO its the fact that SE feels the need to babysit their players to keep them away from harmful things (using emotes to make porn i guess).
