Isn't that what killed Wolk, coliseum was a complete joke compared to what Ulduar had to offer. In BWL, the first boss's execution was harder than rag. Guilds were having more problems with the starting bosses in sunwell than illidan. But the point people seem to have are that the first few turn bosses are suppose to be loot pinatas to get people feel like they are progressing and that fights should lean towards challenging player's gear over player's pixel perfect skills and reaction.
