How many players log on?

I just want to know how many players still log on? Except in Ul dah, not a lot of people on the map...Maybe we still got more people in FFXI then in FFXIV...at the beggining of the game, we have a tool for checking how many is online, but now, we can't. So SE, just tell us how many survivor we are...

I don't think we have enough. Seriously, if you have days where Nanawa Mines doesn't have Full Party behests, then there are certainly not enough people logging on anymore. =/

In Besaid, its always packed "as of late" between Nanawaawawa Mines and Broken Water usually, Horizon is packed every now and then, for some reason it seem like more people are coming on ( probably because they here about this crazy patch in mid-June) that they wanna prepare for it perhaps?

This next patch will bring forth the maximum amount of players that will log since the game's launch, im sure you can see the difference in the city.

There are so many new/existing players coming back on my server... This is a good thing for SE... To those servers whom might be dropping, maybe they are leaving to come to my server. We used to be the least populated server, and maybe we are as in account creations, but we are up there in active members.

Well yeah, but even if the patch isn't out or not even if it has been announced, people will still feel an urge to prepare for the dungeons.

Populations still seem healthy and active on Mysidia and Wutai. I actually seen like a group of 6 doing Behest in Drybone the other night while I was crafting. And it wasn't a Ls pt, they all had different banners. So it seems the lower rank camps are picking up as well. Gridania and Ll still seem pretty left out though, as far populace is concerned. I do however notice that on mysidia more people do leves in gridania than on wutai. But that could probably just be mysidia having a bigger player count. More people- more likely to have people in all zones. I don't know.

I try not to log in more than once every 2 weeks and when I do it's relatively quiet. I just catch up with whoever I know that is around (/point Rentalhamster) at the time and call it a month.

I know a great many people have, as I've seen it put on these forums more than once, gone into a holding pattern of sorts while we await 1.18 and are currently off doing other things but watching closely all the while, and maybe spending some time on the forums. I think if 1.18 pans out (and the 1.18 "Final Straw" thread is a good indication of what may well happen if it doesn't) you'll see a return to more optimistic numbers.
