Let's talk about rain Animation/interaction

I actually find all the weather effects in this game so varied and wonderful, the best weather system I have personally experienced in any game. I haven't thought that 'deep' into the system, such as the rain mechanics, I only need it to set the tone and feel of the game and environment. The imagination, does the rest.

I also like to check weather or the environment and i can say i love them in this game!
But how you are saying some things could be even better.
Let's see if with Dx11 will let them improve it.
