Adamantoise - Unable to get Duty Finder to let us into Dungeon

Duty Finder: WP
Class/Level: White Mage/50
Party or solo: party
In-game time:
Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona
Steps:
1. find a party
2. get everyone ready
3. click to join duty finder
4. and keep getting "unable to accept" or something to that nature

This happened randomly when people had connection issues while starting the dutyfinder or on random withdraws.
The only solution we found was for everyone who was going to join the duty to logout/login.
