You're not at max level for the fight. Check "The Naval" for its max level it syncs to, level to that and update your gear where you can. You'll have much more damage output. (You are not high enough for Darklight, which is what you referred as Twilight.)

Are you running out of TP? Look into getting Invigorate (LNC 22).

Can't kill the heart? Limit Break it.

The farther you are from Titan, the less damage you take. Your mages should be max distance from Titan at all times. Close range combat classes should find gear that increases their DEF, which sucks for MNKs.

Well i myself with others defeated him yesterday.
Tank really needs to hold agro.
There is an attack were he jumps up in the air, at this moment there are brownish square like platforms well that is were you should all stand on. He then has an attack were the floor will show almost like a straight wave thing. Basically comes down to just avoiding his attacks and also when a member gets incased in rocks it is a must that you need to attack the rock to release that member.
When the heart shows up (at 50% i believe) focus on destroying it. It really does not take long to eliminate the heart. Also a good thing is for the tank to have Titan face away from other members so they can attack from behind him.
As a blm i was a fair distance from him but believe the bard and healer were close to each other- i can actually heal myself at times so it was no big deal
As for twilight gear, no i think that comes much later on in the game but members should all have lvl specific gear to make it easier.
Important thing is to not rush, just wear him down and you should be a success

We got to the heart twice and only destroyed the heart once, to go on to the actual fight.
I never ran out of TP, the tank seemed to die quickly. We all moved to the side when he jumped up. The only thing that kept repeating was either tank dead or healer was KO by knnock out. I fell over twice once when charging LB on titan's heart the other i just didnt move fast enough. When we finally did break the heart the other dps died and same with healer. The Cap i think is 34 and im about 3000 of from 35. other then that the tank held agro
