Target casting bar location

I am curious what location people have there target bar so they can easily see and notice what spell and enemy is using so you know when to dodge.

It would be nice if they were two seperate ui elements as I would like to have the spells appear relatively large so I notice it, but not have this massive health bar across my entire screen which I feel is unnecessary.

I've moved my target bar a bit below my character's feet, just below my own cast bar, in the center of the screen. Much easier to keep track of than way at the top of the UI.

Above my hotbar and below my characters feet, my eyes seem to be fixed there 90% of the time.
