Why can't Coil have the same loot system as CT?

Coil cannot have the same system because if the RNG shines in your favor one week and 3-4 pieces of gear drops, you'll only be able to get one of those pieces and who knows when the others will show up again.

What Coil needs is the ability to run it once per week per Job instead of once per week per character. This would give us more of a reason to level multiple Jobs as well in addition to keeping us busy pretty much all the time, especially once more Jobs start getting added.

It would also helping groups form faster. So many "LFM T1" shouts that I couldn't join because I've already done it...
It also sucks that Caduceus is the only boss there I have fun.
