Looks like a very, very lenient loot system to me. With enough patience (and time) we could get 4 items per week (but also never more than 4), so it's possible to gear one job to iLv80 in 3 weeks. Very nice!

People with time on their hands will be farming the heck out of that place, which means each time the boss doesn't drop something they want, they've just helped the other 23 people out. Clever.

Funny though there isn't any one single thread on this in the JP forums. I wonder why.
