I really hope we get Chocobo racing one day.
Making turns and more sensitive controls to reward better steering.
Throw some platforming and obstacles in there too.
Temporary boosts of speed to reward good timing.

Maybe even throw in some combat.
A bard on a Chocobo is a scary idea.

All I could think of is the metal version of the Chocobo theme from 13-2.

I'd be totally okay if that were the mounted combat theme if that ever became a thing.
