To be fair; I simply pointed out that the search function should have been used so the developers/representatives and other users do not have to see a repeat post. There is no need for you to say I was being a "smart-ass." I'm sorry my post was not constructive, please allow me to take this chance to redeem myself by making a helpful post.
You say you used the search function but perhaps you did not use it correctly. Below is a 3-step guide to using the search function that I made with Paint and PrtSc after finding out that my previous post was not constructive. I hope you take this to heart as well.

Step one: Type what you want to look up.
Step two: Skim through the posts displayed and open the relevant ones in new tabs for further reading. This specific search had two pages of results but I stopped after page one. Notice that I found five different threads on the first page alone related to the topic in question and opened them in new tabs.
Step three: View the contents of the threads you put in new tabs. Notice how one of the threads I found had a community representative response. (Also, like Alhanelem said; notice how the title of that thread does not specifically ask the developers for a response in any way.)

I did search, I try to everytime i start a thread as to try and not repeat it, but not being able to weed out the foreign language threads, after 4 pages i gave up. maybe i just dont know how to use the search function. and my title, Yes, i was on skype while typing it and it was derp moment, and i even admitted it. When i see similar threads, i try to point people to them, not just say 'hey dumbass use the search function' which by making stupid lists, and not doing something constructive like Alhanelem did, and explain a lil, does pretty much imply just that
