I would say hang out in Mor Dhana too, I see shouts there for them in prime time.

Shout for some PUG/Raid LS's there is some of those out there, you got 8 slots for LS's I'm only in 3 one is dead but the other 2 there is always Titan runs. One or two people need they get help from the others then pretty soon more people are ready for it then they go. That cycle repeats itself.
