Exile's Group 1 Turn 5 progression is seeking DPS / SCH

Exile has been on the server since nearly day one and strives to provide a friendly social environment as well as a semi-hardcore raid experience for its members.
All of Exile's current group 1 members are exceptionally geared.

Exile's group one is currently looking to replace some members who ended up leaving the game. We are currently seeking a DPS (Bard, Monk, Blackmage, *possibly SMN), and a Scholar. This is a PERMANENT raid spot in our group 1.

While we value skill more than gear, current content requires that players be at least somewhat geared. What does this mean? We are looking for players with roughly 6/12 ilvl90 with relic +1. If you feel your skill out weighs your gear feel free to apply as well, all things are taken into consideration.

Our current raid times are, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8est to 11est.
