I consider 1.18 to be when the game actually starts flourishing, from what I've read in the patch notes. If you're someone that considers it the final straw then you're going to be sorely disappointed.

If you don't enjoy the game... Take a break. Come back in a few months time. It's not like you're paying a monthly sub at the minute.
