Additional abilities not correct in dungeon after using Duty Finder

Area and coordinates: Amdapor Keep
Steps:
1. I registered for an Amdapor Keep dungeon while solo using the Duty Finder and as a Scholar.
2. While waiting for the queue, I switched to Summoner.
3. I bought the quenching oil for 900 tomes of philosophy to complete the quest "A Relic Reborn (The Veil of Wiyu)."
4. I teleported to Fallgourd Float and turned in the oil and received my The Veil of Wiyu.
5. I equipped my new relic.
6. The queue for the dungeon popped very shortly after.
7. I both switched to Scholar and accepted the dungeon in immediate succession. This was fast enough to be done before the class change animation even completed.
8. When I arrived in the dungeon, my "Additional Abilities" were incorrect as described below and as seen in the screenshot below. It appears they were set as my Arcanist additional abilities, not my Scholar additional abilities.
9. I completed the dungeon.
10. When I left the dungeon, my abilities were still set up incorrectly.
11. Switching jobs again at this point fixed the issue.

Details:
As can be seen in the screenshot, it says in text that I have 5/5 additional abilities set. Looking at the icons, however, shows only 3 actually set. Looking at the specific classes I have abilities set from shows 2 Archer, 1 Conjurer, and 2 Thaumaturge which is impossible as a Scholar.

The abilities I actually have set as a Scholar are in order: Protect, Swiftcast, Cleric Stance, Stoneskin, and Surecast. As seen in the screenshot, the abilities that appeared in order are: Protect, Thunder, -blank-, Surecast, -blank-. These abilities are actually the abilities I believe I have set as an Arcanist (the missing spots being the Archer Quelling Strikes and Raging Strikes.) I am unable to switch to Arcanist on my own currently because I only own job-specific books (Omnliex+1 and The Veil of Wiyu.)
