I'm looking to put together a lean roster for a serious raid group. Many of us have attachments to a FC, but for various reasons can't raid with it.

It is frustrating to find a static group, to PuG, or to be constantly moving from LS to LS in hope of finding a decent group.

I'm forming a group of folks whom are NOT elitist jerks but who take the game seriously and want to raid on a successful and dedicated team.

I'm setting a few reasonable parameters to facilitate success.

Designed for PST working people but open to any

Monday and Weds from 6pm until 9pm PST

1. commit to this time for an extended period & able to make most raids
2. voice chat is a must. have mic and be willing to speak
3. have your Relic+1, full DL, and 3+ pieces of iLvl90 gear
4. experience up to T4 or better

we'll have a LS for static grp only.

The roster I'd like to go with is; 2 PLD, 1 WMH, 1 SCH, 2 BRD, 1 SMN, 1 BLM

I'm a PLD, so need to fill the remaining spots.

This will be a friendly, but serious, group. It is geared towards west coast folks who want to raid but NOT leave their FC. You don't have to live on the west coast, but our times reflect PST, so please be able to make that work. No whining about being tired. =P
