NEED HELP ABOUT GAME TIME CARD (NA SERVER)

Hi, i started to play this game about 1 month ago , after my free 30 days trail expired ,i bought a Game Time Card here : http://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/P...Card/21430021/
but ,i can not find anywhere to redeem this card in Mog Station

Any help would be much appreciated

BTW, i play on NA server , and im from New Zealand

aww,that linked to SE account login , i still cant find where to redeem the game time card i bought , and crysta can be paid by ultimate game card ,not pre-paid game time card

In mogstation: Account Services > Proceed to Payment. That should take you to a page where you can click yet another button to add your game card.

EDIT: nvm , i did some research , finally i found out that this game card cant use on NA server which is ridiculous (http://ffxivrealm.com/threads/how-do...rd-in-na.6568/ see post 9#) then why does my local webshop still sell it ? and its not cheap as u can see the on first link i posted ,now i guess i have to use credit card to buy subscription , waste a lot money

I think the problem is that you made a NA account, while maybe you could have made an EU account and still pick a NA server if you wanted.

probably you are right , then how do i fix this ? where do i creat an EU account ? plus , the main char ive played almost 1 month on NA server , if i could make an EU account , does that mean i have to do it all over again ? lvling up ,crafting ,gathering etc ?
