I was searching the forums regarding changing a character's name. While plenty of player's spoke up, I did not see Admin's answering. I realize that there must be hundreds of posts per day, but certain topics (such as service related issues) should be answered by an Admin.
Other than that I have had no real issues at all here.

P.S. Speaking of name changes, is there now, or will there ever be, a way to change a character's name? The phial for changing appearance is great but sometimes people want to change their character name as well.

Now there is a way, but it will cost you. Start a new char with your current name on another server. Then transfer your main to that server. Since your name will be taken, you'll be prompted to change it. Then of course you'll have to pay again to transfer back.

I do remember reading that they're considering allowing name changes as an optional service in the future (meaning there will be a fee for it). It's somewhere in the dev tracker.

Thank you for the info...although it would have been nice for an Admin to respond (Or Dev if they're not Admins.) At least they could have agreed with you.

They have responded about this issue, maybe even several times.

From what i've read around here, the larger player base seems dead set against player name changes and you can't please everyone.
