Best service in an mmo

Today I had an issue with harassment by a player so I reported them not even 2 minutes after I sent the report I was greeted by GM Xetyline on Behemoth server he/she quickly resolved my issue and was very polite and helpful I have played many MMO's for years and this is by far the best service I have had to date I was very pleased to see such nice and helpful GM and wanted to leave the feedback here of the Best customer service I have ever seen in any MMO thank you GM Xetyline and Square Enix for hiring such great staff

After seeing a few posts like this, it seems the in game GM's are much MUCH better at customer service than the out of game support team.

Gm is not the same as the crappy cs you will find on live chat or calling. There was something like a 700 page thread about it, lol.
