    This would look cooler! :P

    What the Alliance UI could show is the current status of the whole Party.
    (With the HP bars similar to Item Condition & Party Leader icon or Aggro "A" icon - likewise..)

    Check out my design ^^ - The way it can evolve in to.. i hope!



    Alliance A - Watching Cut-Scene!
    Alliance B - In Battle!

    For a 3 party Alliance (24 people) - Job icons could be Vertically aligned - more like the Inventory popup with tabs or just "A B C")
    Note: Meaning they go for 32 vs 32 (Your Party + 3 party Alliance) in future

    I'll try to position the Alliance Status UI in the Main UI - Let's see how that turns out
