Game Data Recovery - waiting 11 weeks so far - compensation for lost time

I got hacked sept 13th. Filled and sent GDR form right away and called to confirm it was received and processed. It was confirmed September 17th. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get it. Almost 3 months later I receive an email telling me sorry for the wait and we will do your rollback once you reply back with a yes. I replied back. Almost a week later...nothing. I'm just putting up this post to give people in a similar situation a place to post. 3 months of tomes of mythology are impossible to make up, as is what I had stolen in gils and items. I probably should have given up waiting for a rollback a while ago but the loss in gil and items represents 2 years of countless hours spent so I'm being stubborn. Basically wondering if there is anything SE can do to compensate for the time spent waiting for a rollback if a player were to choose this option.

And this matters a lot on a legacy server where you can't even find an outside group because everyone wants people in all i90 gear even for content that doesn't require it.

Thats a reason ilvl sync for instances like wp and ak is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, no matter how hated it may be by some.

And the weekly myth cap instead of myth allowance added per week is a giga design mistake.

In all that time why not just make a new account? Why not just ask SE to give you a clean account? Its like a refund at the store. I wouldn't have waited around for months. I would have done something. And yes I have been hacked in other games, it sucks. Did you have a authenticator on your account to begin with? And why so worried about catching up? We had old friend off a normal server jump to legacy and he has more gear then me now cause he is running coil with friends. You dont need much time to catch up.

Well, this post wasn't meant to get so much input on what to do or get aggro , it was more just to give people in a similar situation a place to post. But since it is I'll delete the posts where Im basically just whining. Probably wasn't a good idea to be posting anyway at 5 am after no sleep anyway lol. Wouldn't worry too much about tomestones, by the end of 2.1 even brand new players will be able to afford every AF+1 piece. Plus there's Allagan gear and whatnot. Hope you do get your account back soon, though. I've heard that SE's support is pretty bad but I've also heard of people getting through eventually, so hopefully that happens to you.
