So anyone else had someone AFK through a dungeon?

I have never wanted a kick feature so bad till today. I don't care if I get banned for harassment or whatever. If you see a kid named "Lil One" in your dungeon. Just leave cause you will be doing a 3 person run after first or second boss. He goes afk and makes you do all the rest of the work.

He even skipped the boss cutscene so you know he was still there. He's just a lazy dps who just wants his myths capped and that's all.

I hope GM's have the ability to remove someone from a dungeon cause next time I'm getting one and if they don't shits retarded. We killed the last boss in AK and he just afked for the myths. I can't do that as healer and the tank cant do it as tank.

SE you better do something about this or your going to see a lot of people stop queing as tank or healer just so they can go as a DPS and afk half the dungeon. Not like the rest of the party can do anything about them.

Well first of all you cant put his name in this thread without a possible ban for yourself. SE does not believe in player shaming or warning other players. We all have to be winners in this game, everyone gets a medal... That being said this is a common practice sadly. My tank on Sunday left after we asked him to tank(everyone was tanking but him) and when the bard asked how much he paid for his relic he told us to get bent and went afk. Hopefully vote kick doesn't get pushed back or have stupid restrictions on it. It is sorely needed.

Well I guess worst case scenario, I just stop using the Duty finder and only do dungeons with shout parties on my own server. Not going to use DF anymore for anything other than primals. No kick feature, no df. I'm on strike.

I never use Duty Finder if I can help it, even for primals. It is better to make a group off server, at least you can blacklist the bad ones. Just go chill out in Mordonna and shout. Duty finder has always been a bad place to run in. I hope it changes soon.

I've encountered it a few times. Had a DRG afk in WP after a wipe (!!!) in the second boss. He never ran when he was the focused target, and nothing I could do as a healer would help. So instead he just sat outside the boss room and repeatedly /laughed. :| Vote kick would be super useful, in the end I had to eat the penalty since my party were all whining and none of them wanted the penalty themselves.

I use DF a lot to fill out 1 or 2 slots in WP tome runs and have had very good luck. I did run into a couple afks in the old days of CM philo tome runs, and left those, taking the hit.

I know it is perfectly feasible running CM with 7, but just cannot bring myself to enable leeches.

It used to happen a lot when we farmed Castrum not anymore though. I also stopped using DF almost entirely since than, maybe both are connected.

It happens, still more common in CM than any other dungeon back when it was philo farm dungeon of choice.
